7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled

No-Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused features, or downgraded plans. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for any costs charged by connected third-party platforms (for example, X API access tiers), which are not included in your PostInstantly subscription.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms or our acceptable use policy
Violation of any connected platform's terms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit)
Suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service
Non-payment or chargebacks
Activity that may harm other users, our reputation, or our infrastructure

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
